In an effort raise awareness and funds for the John Hunter Children’s Hospital Music therapy program, the McNamara family, whose Daughter Chelsea benefited from music therapy during an extended hospital stay, have organised a group of local adventurers who will be riding the iconic Honda postie bike around NSW Mid North coast (the long way 1400+klm 4 days). The music therapy program provides a diversion from the hospital environment and can help with stress, anxiety and pain relief. Familiar songs and making music is a fantastic way for helping children to feel at home during their stay in hospital.
